You won't until you sit down with someone who can look at your actual situation. That's what we do on your first call. We look at your income, obligations, down payment, and timeline—then talk about what's realistic and what makes sense for your life, not just a number on a screen.

What happens after I ask my question?

You'll hear from us. Usually within an hour, one of us calls to talk. We'll ask about what you're trying to do, listen to what matters to you, and give you a straight answer about whether and how we can help. If we can't, we'll tell you that too.

Do you work with people who have complicated situations?

Yes. We've closed 1,480 loans over 22 years in this business. Some were straightforward. Many were not. We've worked with people who changed jobs, had credit setbacks, were self-employed, or didn't fit the standard mold. Complicated is normal to us.
